Pre/Postnatal Strength and Stretch
Breathe and move in a way that is safe and effective for the pregnant & postpartum body to prepare for and recover from childbirth. We will have time for a brief community check-in, yoga/pilates based movement to build strength and support the nervous system, and end with guided relaxation & imagery. Suitable for all levels.
Mondays 5:30pm at Biggest Little Baby
Babies and children are welcome in class although there is no specific childcare attendant.
Saturdays 9:30am at Desert & Sea Wellness
Only 4 spaces available - registration is required! First class for $20 with the code FIRST20 at booking. 5 and 10-class packages available here.
Private Sessions Available.
Private prenatal and postnatal sessions are available in my studio or in your home. Contact me with any questions.
